Bulk Add — Click "Bulk Add" and paste multiple property URLs (one per line, up to 30). All presentations are created at once — extraction and AI title/description run automatically for every entry.

Auto Extract & AI Description — The system automatically reads each listing page and fills in title, price, location, bedrooms, bathrooms, size, features, and description. Groq AI then generates a polished title and client-ready description in the background.

Upload & Review — Add or reorder photos (up to 20). Edit any field if needed and add custom notes for the client. Once ready, click "Publish" to generate a shareable link.

Download All PDFs — Click "All PDFs" to download every presentation as a ZIP file in one go. Each PDF has a full-bleed cover, photo grid, and property details — ready to send.

15-Day Auto-Delete — Presentations are automatically deleted after 15 days. A countdown is shown on each card. Recreate from the original URL anytime if needed.
Always review your presentations at presentation.simonmamo.net before sending to clients. The presentation link is public — anyone with the link can view it. The admin panel requires PIN authentication. The Gemini API key is configured in
ops.simonmamo.net under Settings.
