Click "New Presentation" — Enter the property listing URL from simonmamo.com or any property portal. Give it a title (optional, AI can fill this in).

Upload Photos — Drag and drop or click to upload property photos. You can upload up to 20 photos. Drag to reorder them.

Click "Extract Info" — AI reads the listing page and automatically fills in: title, price, location, bedrooms, bathrooms, size, features, and description.

Review & Edit — Check the extracted data. You can edit any field manually if needed. Add custom notes for the client.

Publish & Share — Click "Publish" to generate the client-facing presentation link. Share this link with your client via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.
Tip: The presentation link is public — anyone with the link can view it. The admin panel (this page) requires PIN authentication. The Anthropic API key is configured in
ops.simonmamo.net under Settings.
